Donna Dackow’s Work as a Mediator



Today, Donna Dackow is busy at work as a mediation specialist for the Tampa-based Mediation Associates of Florida. She has had a long and varied career of helping people find resolutions for their problems. She also has a long and impressive career of educational and volunteer work. Below, we will explore the path taken by Donna Dackow, and how that path led her toward a career of mediation and arbitration.

Educational Path

Donna Dackow began her path toward her future in mediation by attending the University of Tampa. There, she worked incredibly hard in order to master her subjects. In 1992, Donna Dackow graduated from the University of Tampa with a B.A. in Communications. Later, she returned to the same university in order to earn an M.B.A. In 1999, Donna Dackow left the University of Tampa with a degree in Human Resource Management.

Employment Path

After Donna Dackow graduated, she began working in the insurance industry. In 2001, Donna Dackow earned the 220 Insurance License for Florida. A few years later in 2004, she became a Certified Insurance Counselor. Seeking to advance further in her industry, Donna Dackow became a Certified Risk Manager in 2007. In 2009, she joined the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association.

Back to School

Wishing to learn more, Donna Dackow returned to school. This time, she began attending the Florida Coastal School of Law. From 2009 to 2012, Donna Dackow studied hard to make sure that she took in all that she could from her courses. She earned her Juris Doctorate, and became a mediator.
